The Directory is out of stock and we do not know when there will be a reprint. The chapters from the 2007 Directory are available to download from this page.

The Services Directory for Drug and Alcohol Users provides comprehensive information for drug and alcohol users, including a up-to-date directory of service providers in Victoria. Workers in organisations working with clients with drug and alcohol problems also find the Services Directory to be a useful resource.

Is the Services Directory free?

The hard-copy version of the Services Directory is free for drug and alcohol users but is $15 for others. It is also free for workers working with clients with drug and alcohol problems. Usually, workers order a box of 24 for distribution to their clients. However, as the funding for another re-print is not confirmed, we encourage workers to order only as many as they need and to make use of the free chapter downloads.

Ordering

You can make a purchase in a variety of ways:

• In person: Just come into the Fitzroy Legal Service at 124 Johnston Street in Fitzroy and speak to someone at the counter.
• Phone: Call the Publications Officer on 9411 1307 to make your order.
• Fax: You can use our order form below or fax your own purchase order to 9416 1124.
• Mail: You can use our order form below or send your own purchase order to PO Box 280 Fitzroy 3065.
• Email: You can use our order form below or email your own purchase order to
  publications at fitzroy-legal.org.au. You can also just send an email listing your item and your postal address.
• Order online: You can purchase the Service Directory using our secure online bookshop.

Paying

Counter sales made in person require upfront payment. We accept cash, cheques, money orders and Visa and Mastercard for counter sales.

For all other modes of ordering, we will invoice you although you can provide us with your payment details upfront. We accept:

• cheques
• money orders
• direct debit and
• Visa, Mastercard.

Our terms are 30 days from receipt of the invoice.

Postage charges

Postage is charged by the amount spent and is as follows:

• $0-19.99 = $5
• $20-$95.99 = $7
• $96 and above = $10

Even if you're not paying for the actual Services Directory, and you need the Service Directory posted, the postage charges still apply. We encourage users and workers to come into the Fitzroy Legal Service to pick up hard-copies of the Services Directory to avoid paying for the postage. If you contact Publications, your order of Services Directories can be placed aside for you.

Extra fees may apply for bulk purchases and international purchases.
