Articled Clerk 2009

Fitzroy Legal Service, a community legal centre, is seeking an Articled Clerk for 2009.

Duties include assisting the solicitors with casework with an emphasis on criminal law, juvenile justice, family law, intervention orders, social security and civil litigation. The Articled Clerk will be expected to assist in advocating FLS policy on issues relating to current law reform work, and to work with volunteers. The Articled Clerk must be committed to the philosophy of the FLS, teamwork, and to working with volunteers.
