Night Service
Overview
Fitzroy Legal Service has a free legal advice service Monday to Fridays from 6:30pm-9:00pm. All volunteer solicitors are certified to give legal advice.
This is a drop-in service and there are no appointments available. It's best to come as early as possible to ensure you are able to see a solicitor.
Please bring as much supporting documentation as you can. You will meet with a paralegal volunteer who will make an initial assessment of your case before you see a solicitor.
Cases requiring legal representation may be referred to our day-time legal practice.
