Bullying: From Backyard to Boardroom

Bullying doesn't stop at school. Bullies grow up and go to work,and pressures in the workplace create new bullies, as people use any means to achieve their ends. This book defines behaviours which constitute bullying in the workplace, explains the dynamics of this phenomenon and explores policies and management strategies to address the problem, including legal remedies.
